The Credit Summit launched in 2009 to great acclaim. A new concept and a new format, the event attracted over 400 guests in a half day setting, proving it to be the most successful industry exhibition event. Coupled with a high turnover of visitors, exhibitors were impressed with the seniority of people they met and went away with valuable, high quality leads.
From the audience there was an over-riding positive feeling that this was truly a unique event with all the elements they were looking for; senior level content, leading suppliers, networking opportunities, reduced time out of the office and scores of like-minded peers. The large majority of the audience achieved their specific purpose for attending the event and will return in 2010.
The Credit Summit was seen as the industry event – something that must be attended – and is now the only exhibition event of its kind.
Moving forward for 2010
The Credit Summit returns in 2010 with many new initiatives and features as a result of extensive research and consultation with exhibitors and visitors. In particular there will be more exhibition space as a result of feedback from visitors; they want to see more industry suppliers there. A targeted marketing campaign will focus on attracting senior level creditors to maintain the level of audience enjoyed at the 2009 event.
